Methodology for Unlisting
Why was your green token removed from Regen Atlas?
Notification Process
Initial Notification: If an asset is at risk of being delisted (i.e. doesn't comply with one or multiple of the listing criterias), the issuer will be notified through specified communication channel(s), such as email, X, or direct messaging on relevant platforms.
Follow-Up Notifications: After the initial notification, up to two of follow-up attempts will be made. These follow-ups will be spaced at regular intervals, such as every 10 days, to ensure the issuer has ample opportunity to address any issues.
Delisting Criteria
Response Time: If the issuer does not respond to notifications or fails to address the issues within one month after the final follow-up, the asset will be considered for delisting.
Delisting Decision: The decision to delist an asset will be based on factors such as non-compliance with listing requirements, inactivity, or failure to rectify reported issues.
Delisting Process
Delisting Execution: Once the decision to delist is made, the asset will be removed from the Regen Atlas database. This action will be executed promptly to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the asset listings.
Announcement: An official announcement of the delisting will be made on X. The announcement will include details about the delisted asset, the reason for delisting, and any relevant information for stakeholders.
Public Log
A comprehensive log of all delisted asset issuers is being maintained below.
Review and Appeals
Review Request: Issuers who wish to contest their delisting or provide additional information may request a review by contacting louise@regenatlas.xyz
Appeal Process: An appeal process will be available for issuers to present their case. The review team will evaluate the appeal and make a final decision on whether to reinstate the asset or uphold the delisting.
